How To Place Order?

You can place an order online by using following steps:

  • Go to the Shop and select your desired apparel
  • Select size and color of the apparel
  • Enter the number of quantity you would like to purchase.
  • Select Customize to design your apparel
  • Add Text, Upload Images, Add ClipArts
  • Save the design and buy it.

  4. Save the design and buy it.
If I visit your location in person, Can I Bring My Own apparel In or do you supply them?

Yes, as long as the fabric is cotton, polyester or spandex, we fundamentally print anything on it. Make sure the things you bring is in good condition and never worn!

Can I place an order and pick it up in-store?

Sure! We have a brand new website where you can place your orders and arrange for pick up in-store. In-store pick-up is an option during your online checkout.

Do I Get To See A “Preview / Sample” Before You Print My Order?

As per our policy, we don’t give sample for orders. In any caseif you’re making a commercial bulk order, kidnly contact us and we examine the plausibility of sending tests.

My image looks pixelated, can you fix it?

No. Whatever you send us is what we print on the shirts.

What file types do you accept for upload?

We accept .jpeg, .png, .eps, and .pdf.
For best results, please use high resolution .jpeg or .png images, or vectored .eps/.pdf images without embedded artwork with all fonts converted to outlines.

What resolution should I use when uploading my design for printing?

Vector is ideal, but 300dpi will work well.

What happens if I want to change my order or add notes to my order?

Since we are quick to start processing orders, we do not allow notes to be made after an order is placed. We will allow orders to be canceled only up to 24 hours after the order is placed, otherwise, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Shipping

What if shipping is delayed?

Custom Kings moves as quickly as we can when getting your order out the door. Once the product leaves our facility, it’s delivery is out of our hands. Delivery will be handled by our trusted shipping partners. If you experience any issues, then reach back to us. We’re happy to work with you in finding a solution.

Delivery Schedule?

In case of urgency our turnaround time could be a few working days with printing from our stock colors and styles. Ideally we need 1-2 days to print and ready the shippment. Nevertheless, the same too varies depending upon various factors such as style, quality and quantity.

How Do I Get My Goods ?

CustomKings has multiple locations within Canada, Alberta. For other provinces we ship the goods via air, rail, road & sea to the destination of your choice.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Custom Kings do custom designed, one-of-a-kind creations, it is not possible to return them for a refund.
