Ordering & Design

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with CustomKings is easy! Simply select your desired product, and use our online design tool to upload your artwork, add text, or choose from our clipart library. Once your design is perfect, select your sizes and quantities, and proceed to checkout.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

For the best print quality, we prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. We also accept high-resolution raster files like JPG, PNG, and TIFF (minimum 300 DPI). If you're unsure, upload what you have, and our design team will review it and let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Can I get help with my design?

Absolutely! Our expert design team is here to help bring your vision to life. If you need assistance with your design, have an idea you want refined, or need a logo cleaned up, please contact us. We offer design services to ensure your custom apparel looks perfect.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

At CustomKings, we pride ourselves on flexibility! For many of our products, there is no minimum order quantity, meaning you can order just one custom item. However, some specialized printing methods or bulk discounts may have minimums. Please check the product page for specific details.

Can I order a sample?

Yes, you can! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling your custom apparel before a large order. You can order a single unit as a sample. Please note that sample orders are processed at the standard per-unit price.

How accurate are the colors on my screen compared to the final print?

We strive for the highest color accuracy. However, due to variations in monitor calibration and the nature of printing on fabric, there might be slight differences between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. If color accuracy is critical, please discuss your specific needs with our design team.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production times vary depending on the complexity of your order and current demand. Standard production typically takes 3-10 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on your chosen shipping method and destination. You'll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

What are your shipping options?

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard ground, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, CustomKings ships worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times will vary. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

While we take great care in packaging your order, unforeseen issues can occur. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy for custom items?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on custom-printed items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, size, or product sent). Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

What if there's a mistake with my order?

If you receive an order with a manufacturing defect, an incorrect design, product, or size due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Please provide photos of the error.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

We begin processing custom orders very quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, order cancellations or changes are only possible within a very short window after placement, typically within 24 hours. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer competitive bulk discounts for larger orders! The more you order, the more you save. Discount tiers are automatically applied in your cart, or you can contact us for a custom quote on very large orders.

CustomKings offers a wide range of apparel for customization, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, hats, polos, and more! Explore our product catalog to see all available options.

What printing methods do you use?

We utilize various high-quality printing methods depending on the product and design complexity, including Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Screen Printing  and Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV). Our system selects the optimal method for your design and product to ensure the best results.
