Welcome to CustomKings – your destination for premium custom apparel. This shipping policy outlines our fulfillment times, delivery options, and what to expect throughout the shipping process.

🛠️ Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days for all custom-made orders
  • Shipping Time: 2–8 business days depending on your location

Note: During holidays and high-demand periods, production may take up to 10 business days.

🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship using trusted Canadian carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after fulfillment
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $149.95 CAD (pre-tax)

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary depending on country and method
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility
  • Delays due to customs are outside our control

🕒 Holiday Shipping Notice

Expect longer production and delivery times during holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day). To avoid delays, please order early. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates during peak times.

📦 Shipping Delays & Issues

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect addresses. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once the package is handed to the courier. However, we’re happy to assist with any shipping concerns.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to make changes. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

📫 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff
  • Confirm your delivery address
  • Contact the shipping provider
