At CustomKings, every product is made to order, crafted specifically for you. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Colour or style preference
We strongly encourage customers to consult our detailed Size Guide before placing an order.
✅ Returns Are Accepted Only If:
The item arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong product
In these rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once your claim is approved, you may choose between:
A replacement item (at no additional cost)
A full refund to your original payment method
📦 Return Instructions
If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Returned in original condition and packaging

We do not accept returns for sizing issues—please double-check our Size Guide before purchasing.
Refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear in your account once processed.
